Step 2: Purchase the Intro Offer

Our Intro Offer is the best place to begin. You’ll choose between our barre, Pilates, myofascial, and somatic sessions at your own pace.

2 Weeks Unlimited

Step 3: Book Your IllumeLab English Method Intro Class

This is the ideal first step for all new clients. You’ll learn how our classes work, what equipment you’ll use, and how to move safely and confidently. It’s a maximum class size of 6.

Step 4: Explore Other Classes

After your IllumeLab session, try The English Method, Pilates, Ballet, Stretch & Somatic Release, Hypermobility Lab, or Myofascial Release. You’ll receive guidance every step of the way so you can choose classes that match your goals.

Step 5: Arrive a Few Minutes Early

We’ll help you get settled, choose equipment, and understand the flow of the space.

First-Time Client Checklist

A simple guide to help you feel prepared
and supported

Wear socks

Any socks are fine, but grippy socks are recommended for stability for all classes other than ballet.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing

Leggings or fitted joggers help with alignment and ensure safe movement.

Bring Water

We also have a hydration station available.

Arrive 10 minutes early

We’ll walk you through the studio layout, equipment, and class flow.

Tell us about injuries or pregnancy

We’re here to guide modifications and support your safety.

Store your phone

To protect the environment and your focus, phones stay off during class.

What class should I start with?

The IllumeLab English Method Intro Class is always the best beginning. It sets the foundation for our barre, Pilates, and somatic classes.

I’ve never taken barre or Pilates. Is that okay?

Absolutely. We teach with clarity and care so beginners feel supported from day one.

Is this studio beginner-friendly?

Yes. We specialize in mindful, alignment-focused movement for adults at every level.

Can I join if I haven’t moved in a while?

Of course. We meet you where you are and help you progress safely.

What if I’m dealing with an injury?

Once cleared by your doctor, you’re welcome to join. We can review modifications during your IllumeLab session.

Do classes book up?

Some do. We recommend booking early and joining the waitlist if needed.
